Wheat Bread

Put in ingredients in this order.

5 Cups Warm Water

2 TBS Vital Wheat Gluten

2 TBS Dough Enhancer

2 TBS Sea Salt

3 TBS yeast

½ Cup oil

½ Cup honey

10 – 12 Cup flour I just keep putting it in until it doesn’t stick to the sides.

Kneed for 5-8 min. Bake 350 for 35 min 4 Loaves
